What Does this service Include? This service includes a technique called balayage where the professional bleaches and highlights the hair in a way that blends in with the natural hair colour on the roots creating an ombre effect with the usage of a toner to achieve the desired shade. (This service also includes a wash, haircut and a blow dry)
